3. Delivery Policy
We take immense pride in our delivery process. Please ensure the delivery policy details below are noted:
- Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area or with a neighbor unless otherwise specified.
- Incorrect Addresses: Feral Bloom is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. A re-delivery fee may apply for corrected routes.
